There are several funding opportunities that support the development and presentation of creative and artistic projects in the County that include:

- Carlow Live and Local Scheme
- Creative Ireland - Open Call
- Cruinniú na nÓg - Expression of Interest
- Culture Night - Expression of Interest
- Festivals and Events Scheme*
These are on an annual basis for the financial year ahead.
All funding opportunities have closed for 2023.
2024 Funding opportunities will be advertised in December 2023 for 2024 funding.
Applications will be accepted from individual artists, musicians and creatives, arts collectives, arts organisations, community groups, youth groups and older persons groups. Access to the Arts is important - please contact the Arts Office if you require additional support to complete an application form or have any query in relation to whether you are eligible to apply. It is important to reduce any barriers that may be perceived or real when wishing to engage in the Arts, therefore please contact us to discuss.
