Christmas in Carlow

Carlow County Council wish to inform the public of the following parking arrangements for Carlow Town Centre for the Festive period:

Free car parking for the period Saturday, 24th November, to Sunday, 6th January, 2019 (inclusive) in the following public car parks only:

1. Town Hall
2. Green Bank Road
3. Visual

In all other Pay and Display Parking Zones free parking is available only from 9.30am to 12 noon and from 3.30pm to 6.30pm for the period Saturday, 24th November, 2018 to Sunday, 6th January, 2019 inclusive.

First 30 minutes free parking, for on-street parking only, on Tullow Street Upper and Tullow Street Lower; Dublin Street; Kennedy Avenue; Potato Market and Castle Street, continues to apply.
