The SSPS application allows the user to locate and draw their proposed development site boundary. A report is then generated detailing geographical information and planning policies that may affect a development on this site. If attending a Preplanning meeting please bring this report.

ePlan Planning Enquiries System for Carlow County Council and Carlow Town Council
ePlan provides Enquiry type access to the Carlow County Council and Carlow Town Councl Planning process for determining applications for planning permissions. It is a replication of the internal systems in use by the planning section. A subset of the information that is viewable at the office counter is available via this online facility.
