  Carlow Local Authorities wish to thank business owners throughout the county for paying their commercial rates and charges, which enables the continued provision of essential and quality services and helps stimulate the local economy.

Our online services allow you to manage your accounts any time, day or night, at home, at work, or even when abroad. We offer online access to Planning, Register of Elector and Library catalogue information. Online services facilitate the payment of Local Authority charges such as fire and water charges, housing rents or loans. In addition, you can also renew motor tax or make Non Principal Private Residence ( NPPR ) payments.

You may make a variety of payments with most major credit or debit cards ( not Diners Card or American Express ). Your transaction takes place within a secure payment system using Secure Socket Layer ( SSL ) technology; an international standard supported by most major Internet browsers. All of your personal and credit card details are protected using encryption, when transmitted over the Internet.
